The rigors of the Army meets Dofus! Well not quite. The Academy's boot camp has one goal- to take a new player and get them ready to be a knowledgeable Dofus player.
To qualify to enter boot camp you need to be under level 50 and not have an another character higher than 50. Some exceptions may be made, just ask.
Not everyone needs Boot Camp- and even if you do need it, you don't have to do it. The basics of what you will need to be successful at Dofus are broken down into small steps that include goals to reach the next level. The bonus's of going through Boot camp are Higher guild rank, rewards along the way and yes- the priceless experience of learning.
